How to create website login request for trade customers
Registering your account online
We are making account registration even easier for our customers by adding a new 'Register account online' feature via the website. This step by step guide illustrates how.
Customer selects 'Register/Login
Customer then fills in account number and personal details
Customer ticks the disclaimer box and selects 'Submit' at the bottom of the form
Once submitted, the customers details will be checked and validated. Once approved their store account will be activated to trade online and a new username and password will be emailed to the customer.
View up-to-date price list information when you login to your account
To request a price list:
Log into your online account (if not yet registered for access, please register using the Register/Login link )
Select 'Request price list' from the menu on the left-hand side
Then selects 'send request'
You will then receieve an email containing the most up to date price list
To add products to favourites
Log into your online account (if not yet registered for access, please register using the Register/Login link)
Locate the product you want to add to the favourites and click "Add to favourites". This then adds that product to your favourites list
To view favourites product list
Log into your online account (if not yet registered for access, please regsiter usign the Register/Login link)
Select 'Product Favourites' from the menu on the left-hand side or Account drop down list
You can browse to products from favourites
You can items to shopping basket by selecting 'Add to cart' before continuing to finalise purchase
Try out your selections with easy to order tester pots
Hover over 'paint' on the main navigation bar
Under 'Interior emulsion' click 'Colour samplers'
Take home one of our sample emulsion paint colours and trial your colours in situ. See how it reacts to the light, the furniture and the decoration, before committing yourself
Manage your invoices better by emailing or downloading them whenever you need
Online invoicing
To support our customers and the running of their business, we have improved our website to allow them to now access, download, and email invoices 24/7. This guide illustrates how this helpful function works.
Customer logs into their account (if they are not yet registered go to the smart card for 'how to register')
Once logged in to account dashboard, select 'My Orders' from the left menu
From the drop down, select 'posted invoice detail'
Add dates and other search criteria if required
Click Search
To date orders will be shown below, select which ones to view
Enjoy the convenience of being able to order from your pallet agreements directly from the website
Online ordering for a pallet agreement
Customers can now access and purchase from their pallet agreement via the website. This step-by-step guide illustrates how.
Customer logs into their account (if they are not yet registered go to the smart card for 'how to register')
Customer adds all the desired items to their basket
And clicks the go to basket button
Customer selects the pallet agreement from the drop down box
The customer can see the value of the order has gone to £0.00 to reflect the pallet agreement and the 'Remaining quanitity' has been reduced by the number of items ordered
The customer can then continue to add other items to the basket for both pallet agreement and normal sale items.
Save time ordering by creating your own 'Favourites' list
To add products to favourites
Log into your online account (if not yet registered for access, please register using the Register/Login link)
Locate the product you want to add to the favourites and click "Add to favourites". This then adds that product to your favourites list

Select 'Product Favourites' from the menu on the left-hand side or Account drop down list
You can browse to products from favourites

Pay your invoices online
We're always finding ways to save you time and make life easier
Invoice Payment
Our trade account customers are now able to pay invoice online through "My Account" panel. It's quick and easier than a trip to bank or calling up.
Please follow these simple steps to make payment on your invoices:
Login to the the website using your trade login
From my account click My Invoices
In Type select "Posted invoice details" and enter any other serach criteria and tick Outstanding only to show unpaid invoices. Then click Search.
All outstanding invoice matching your applied search creteria will be shown underneath.Under payment tick the invoice(s) you wish to make a payment against (a running total of all invoices are shown at the bottom). Then click Pay
Select the payment method, then click Pay
Enter card details click Continue and Confirm payment Once your payment is confirmed, it will be logged against the invoce(s).
View your credit limit
View your Credit Account Limit
Login to your Dulux account
Under Account Dashboard, navigate to 'My Credit Limit'
Here you will be able to see your full credit limit, including how much you have spent and remainig balanace
