A complete range of products

As part of the AkzoNobel group, we can supply a huge range of paints, woodcare and specialist products. And Dulux products come with the new Dulux Promise to give you and your clients peace of mind about the quality you expect.

We recently added over 500 products to our range, including more specialist paints from Zinsser, Coovar, International, Flexcrete and Osmo. If there’s something you need that we don’t stock, we’ll try to get it for you. We can even source some of these products for next day delivery.

Besides paint, you’ll find everything else to complete the job. Whether you need a quality brush from the likes of Purdy or Hamilton, or durable workwear to outfit your team, we’ve got it in store or ready for speedy delivery.

Thanks to regular feedback from our customers like you, we constantly update our product range. For example, we regularly add more sustainable products or source specialist items. If there’s something popular we’re missing, or if we find a better alternative to a product, we’ll change our range to meet your needs.

We can provide a full site report to help you identify tricky surfaces and give your client an idea of maintenance cycles. Our technical representatives can even visit you on site or at pre-contract meetings to give you and your client peace of mind.

And we don’t stop there. If you need support on the go, you can get in touch with our technical advice team. Our experts can help you solve issues on the phone or a technical representative might even be able to visit the site and reassure your client about next steps.

Your Contractor Development Manager will be there for you for all your business needs. They’ll coordinate our teams of experts, from specification teams to technical support and business development.

Your Contractor Development Manager will also work with our network of stores on your behalf. With a dedicated individual managing all aspects of your account, you can be sure you’ll get what you need, where and when you need it.

With over 225 stores, we have national coverage to give you easy access to your nearest Dulux Decorator Centre. Some of our London stores even open from 5.30am. Or use our great delivery service for the most efficient use of your time.

We’re always growing our network to give you better access to our services, including professional advice and easy delivery options. You might even come across one of our new types of stores. In areas like Staples Corner you can go straight to a trade counter for a fast pick up service.

With our coordinated teams, we can make sure your products are delivered when and where you need them – no matter how you place your order. Within the M25, we’ve set up new hubs that offer better stock levels and even more delivery options.

Order before 9.30am and we’ll get it to you the same day, free of charge. Or if you need it sooner, our express delivery in London arrives within two hours*. To help speed things up, we’ve also made sure our most popular products are always in stock, ready for dispatch at a moment’s notice.

And because we’ve joined up our business, you get the same experience whether you place an order in Derby or Dundee. We’ll also work with you to understand your needs for each project.

Your tailored price list shows you exactly what you’ll pay for each product, and how much you’ll save for volume. We’ll also give you a credit account with 30 days credit* and payment by Direct Debit.

As a reward for your loyalty, we’ll give you two Nectar points for every £1 you spend. With the equivalent of 1% cashback, you can reward your team, or just stock up on tea and coffee for the office.
