Are you open to retail customers?
Dulux Decorator Centre is open to both retail and trade customers at all our stores throughout the UK.
Although we sell trade products, this simply means that they're of higher quality and a better formulation than standard retail products, but anyone is able to buy and use our paints & products.

Where’s my order?
If you're looking for your order, please ring your local store that your order is being delivered from, you can find this on your invoice.

I can't find a product or need product advice?
Please use the search bar at the top of the website, or the navigation bar to find most of our products.

How do I use my housing voucher?
You can place your order either online, over the phone or by visiting the store directly.
To order online: There will be a URL or web link on your voucher, please type in this link in your browser to place your order.If your voucher does not contain a URL, please visit your local store to order.

Do you offer Home Delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery to your door, if you spend over a certain amount online.
This service is free of charge for non-account holders who order over £20 ex. VAT(£24 inc. VAT) and free of charge with no minimum spend to all trade account holders.
Non-account holders ordering below £20 ex vat (£24 inc vat), there is a delivery charge of £6.25 ex vat (£7.50 inc. vat)(Delivery is open to both Trade & Retail users)
