Safeserve: Protecting our colleagues and customers

In line with government legislations it is mandatory to wear face covering in all shops* from 30th November 2021.

Please observe the government guidance and ensure that before entering our store you are wearing a face covering.

Our store colleagues will also continue to wear face coverings.

Hand sanitiser will still be available in all stores, and our protective screens at counters will remain for the foreseeable future.

We thank you for your support as we continue to adapt our processes to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

Stores in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland will continue to operate in line with their local guidance.

Safeserve: Click & Collect and delivery services available

If you would prefer to shop with us without making the trip to our stores, we have a daily delivery service available to all customers. This is free of charge for non-account holders with orders valued over £50 (inc VAT), additional delivery charge of £5 (inc VAT) for orders under £50 (inc VAT). The delivery service is free of charge with no minimum spend to all trade account holders.
