| Application description | No need to prime or wet the surface before filling. Rub down gloss surfaces and touch in nail and screw heads with oil based paint. Always add the powder to the water. To mix, add 2-2.5 parts powder to 1 part water. Stir for about 1 minute until a smooth paste is formed. |
