Safeserve: making it safe to shop in store

Our stores continue to follow our Safeserve processes to keep colleagues and customers safe.

All 242 Dulux Decorator Centre stores are following a one-way system for in store shopping, and will be limiting the number of customers in store at any one time.

Customers are requested to wear face coverings in store*, and you will have access to hand sanitiser at the entrance to the store.

Navigational markers will direct you around the store, with clearly marked points to queue when waiting to pay and protective screens in place at tills. We encourage card payments as much as possible.

All colleagues will be wearing appropriate PPE and stores are cleaned regularly. Unfortunately, for the time being, certain facilities, including the wallcoverings and colour areas, toilets and drinks machines will not be available.

To help us protect you as you shop with us, please only shop as individuals, not in groups, and follow all our Safeserve guidance.
