We Love Manchester

Altrincham’s Dulux Decorator support centre has raised £1500 for the ‘We Love Manchester Emergency Fund’.

Colleagues came together to hold a summer fundraiser to help those affected by the Manchester Arena terror attack.

A 'British Bake-Off' style competition was held featuring 'Manchester Bee' cakes. The fundraiser also included a raffle, tombola, 'guess the name of the dog' game and a Wii competition. Manchester musician ‘Mykey the busker’, also provided the acoustic entertainment. Extra days’ holidays, wine and chocolates were just some of the great raffle prizes up for grabs. John Henderson, Stores Director at Dulux Decorator Centre, said: 

“We are so proud of the team for making such a great effort to come together to show their support to all those affected by the Manchester Arena attack. We have always had strong links to the Manchester community, so the fund represents a cause that’s close to all of our hearts.”
