Situation COVID-19 as of 18 May 2020

Dear valued customers,

I hope you are all safe and well.

The safety of our colleagues and customers has always been our priority. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been working hard to adapt our operations so we can safely provide a service that allows as many customers as possible to get the products they need to keep working in these challenging times.

We are currently operating a SafeServe no contact, delivery and collection service from 225 of our Dulux Decorator Centre stores.

You can find the full list of all the stores now trading here.

Account holders can either email or telephone your nearest store or simply login to your account to order online

All other customers can place an order online using the normal website ordering process 


For the time being, our stores remain closed to walk in customers.

To protect our teams and customers we are following the specific guidelines for the retail sector as issued by the Government at all times and our in-store and delivery colleagues are abiding by all required distancing and HSE measures.
