DDC have been successfully operating a DDC Tenant Voucher scheme for over 2 years helping a number of Housing Associations and Local Authorities manage their voids budget more effectively.
Benefits for the housing association
- Control - only redecoration products can be purchased at our stores
- Secure - there are a number of security checks in place which ensure that the allowance can only be redeemed by the intended recipient
- Auditable - weekly and monthly management reports are supplied advising status of the vouchers, purchases made etc.
- Reduced administration - If required, we can provide monthly consolidated invoices
- No up front payment - you are only invoiced once the voucher is redeemed and only for the actual amount spent

We have also recently launched our Paint Pack service which works in a similar way to our tenant voucher scheme with the same benefits however the HA/LA chooses a predetermined pack of products and the tenants simply chooses the colour.
