Ordering by phone
- Call our Priority Order Line on 0845 600 2400 ( Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm)
- Advise the representative that you have a voucher and to which HA/LA you belong.
- Place your order with the representative who will advise on the most suitable products for your requirements.
- Advise the representative if you want to collect from the DDC store or you require a FREE home delivery to the address shown on the voucher.
- Before you receive your delivery the DDC store team will contact you to confirm if you have spent over the voucher amount and advise you of the methods of payment available. You will also be given an idea of when you may receive your delivery.
