The Gateshead Housing Company and its partner Dulux Decorator Centres (DDC) have worked together to give you the best possible deal for decorating your home. The Gateshead Housing Company Decoration Allowance Scheme is designed to give you the best choice, value and available expertise.
Ordering in store
- Check the opening hours of your local DDC store and take your complete Decorating Guide and alternative proof of ID into the store.
- When you arrive let one of the DDC team know that you have a voucher and they will then help you select the most suitable products. They will also guide you on the prices that you will pay. The prices on the tickets on the shelf are NOT the prices that you will pay as your HA/LA has negotiated discounts on your behalf.
- Once you have made your selection, show the DDC team member your other form of ID and hand over the Decorating Guide.
- You may spend over the voucher value providing you can settle the difference yourself. You will get the same preferential rates for this purchase as you have paid using your voucher.
- You can either the take the goods away or arrange with the DDC team member to have a FREE delivery to the address shown on the voucher.
